Why do large and complex IT and digital transformations fail? A framework for managing success and failure factors

Large-scale IT and digital transformation projects have a high likelihood of failure. To improve this, we introduce a Midagon framework based on academic research findings to systematically address the success and failure factors in IT and digital transformations.
