We offer the chance to work with industry leading companies from various business sectors. Our consultants are senior level experts and can have different roles depending on the project, such as advisor, program director, architect, or interim CIO, to name a few.
Project sizes also vary, but typically our consultants get to focus on one project at a time. Our community has a lot of experience and expertise to share and spar with. Our own network of professionals is there to help and support each other.
We are looking for solid experience in leading projects in business and IT transformations, covering for example M&A cases, enterprise architecture changes or other large business transformation programs. We appreciate a combination of business and technical competences with knowledge of business process development.
We expect you to have good change management and leadership skills. You can formulate and execute an IT strategy and you have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
You might have a background from a CIO role, leading ICT function or management consulting. You preferably have a Master’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering and you are fluent in both written and verbal Finnish and English.
