We are searching for a dynamic DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING to lead our commercial activities.
You will be overall accountable for sales and marketing of Midagon services. You will be leading overall sales activities, nominated customer accounts and leading sales and marketing planning and execution. Your personal sales focus will be in new client acquisition. We also want you to take an active role in business development (incl. sales, marketing, offering). Our client focus is in large Finnish companies and subsidiaries of large foreign companies. You will be part of the Midagon management team and reporting directly to CEO.
You might be the person we are looking for, if
- You have at least 10 years of experience in B2b sales of services for example IT Program Management or IT Consulting with proven results.
- You possess a combination of business and technical competences with solid experience in sales.
- Personal experience in program/project management is considered as an advantage.
- You are fluent in both written and verbal English and Finnish. All other languages, especially Swedish, are considered as advantages.
You have a proactive mindset and enjoy hunting for new clients. As a personality, you are outgoing and entrepreneurial, a truly energetic and inspiring leader, negotiator and colleague. You are ready to work hands-on to answer clients’ needs with analytical and systematical approach. You have curious mindset and will to develop. You are energetic problem solver with the ability to work” hands-on”.
