She has led a multinational, multi-organization team that carried out a critical business transformation including system, process and organizational change.



Taru has led a project team and acted as the solution architect to re-engineer a business-critical data warehousing and business intelligence solution to support changing client needs.

She has also led test and data conversion teams on business-critical ERP and finance system transformations.

Business and project experience
Taru has over 15 years of experience in challenging change programs, especially from the data and process perspective. She is an experienced, systematic and effective project manager with an excellent knowledge of agile methods. Taru is familiar with the international multi-party program environment and is used to navigating interest conflicts and communication challenges. She deploys solid analytical thinking to break down complex issues to clear solution alternatives.

 

She has deep technical skills related to data management and analytics and a wide overview of information management including: data errors, process improvement, management reporting, data mining predictive analytics and leveraging Big Data solutions.
