Marko has been successfully leading several large global scale ERP implementation projects as IT project manager. The largest project that he was responsible for included more than 350 people and five sites in China and Finland. The project was completed in time and under the budget.
Marko was responsible of planning and managing the execution of cutover for Asia and APAC areas in a large global scale company merger. Go-live was achieved in time and with no major issues.
Business and project experience
Marko has over 18 years experience in managing people and change projects. He started his consultancy career and initially joined Midagon in February 2010. After a brief hiatus, he returned to Midagon in October 2016. Prior to that, he had been leading SAP development teams and large scale ERP implementation projects in NSN/Nokia.

Marko is interested in leading change projects and programs on a global scale. He has extensive experience in IT project and program management, cutover management and system integrations and carve outs.
