Midagon currently has around 50 consultants working in ERP related projects for our clients from different industries. They range from manufacturing to retail and everything in between. Our clients can be large global corporations or smaller size and more local businesses.
Our consultants are senior level experts. They can have different roles depending on the project, such as program director, project manager, stream lead for a functional team, as well as for streams like data management, test management, migration and cutover, among others.
The size of the project can also vary. However, our consultants are typically focusing on one project at a time. Our community has considerable experience and expertise to share. Our own network of professionals will always be there to help and support their colleagues.
We are looking for a teammate who has the skills and the experience to be an ERP project manager with us. It requires an enthusiastic hands-on attitude and a structured way of working. This individual must also have good leadership and communication skills. We expect you to have knowledge and experience from at least one but preferably multiple ERP systems, since our clients are working with different solutions.
A solid understanding of one or more key business processes is also a must. This includes finance, logistics, supply chain, etc. You preferably have a Master degree in economics, business administration or engineering. Fluency in both written and verbal Finnish and English is also a prerequisite.
