One of our strategic growth areas is the Banking and Insurance industry and we are now looking for experienced banking and insurance experts to join our growing team.
You might be one of our new consultants for our clients in the finance industry, if you have strong experience in Business Development and/or IT transformations covering for example product and process development, customer experience development, data governance, core system programs, outsourcing initiatives or digitization projects in the Banking or Insurance area.
You possess a combination of business and technical competences with knowledge of key business processes for example in customer experience, payments, cards, accounts, wealth management, claims handling, pension insurance, risk management or accounting.
You have good and proven business development and change implementation skills. Agile development method experience and understanding of architecture are benefits. You preferably have a Master’s degree in, economics, business administration or engineering and you are fluent in both written and verbal Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage.
